Soccer Fellowship [30th September]

Soccer Fellowship Report [16th September]

Another good run-out @ Springfield Secondary. We were truly blessed with excellent weather! It was raining all around but not a single drop from the sky fell on us throughout the session. We really thank God for His goodness.

There was plenty of space on the pitch this week with about a total of 20 players turning up at various times of the session. This is probably reflected in the exaggerated scoreline below which may or may not be fully accurate- do let me know if I lost track and did not acknowledge it if you scored. However, credit should be given to some of the really nice goals scored, especially by Justin 'Robbie Keane' Luo, who keeps his good form going. For the record...

PMC's #4 & #9 at the Fun Fair on Saturday

MWS Tournament 2006 Pledge Card Collections

I'd just like to let everyone know that we raised a total of $660 through the Pledge Card collections by the team that represented PMC at the tournament. The 2 highest 'fund-raisers' were Michael Choo & John Chia. Thanks so much for the effort guys!

The funds raised will go towards meeting the needs of marginalized children, at-risk youth, the frail and sick elderly, the homeless, terminally ill and families in crisis.

We hope this has been a meaningful tournament / experience for all who took part.
