The annual Methodist Welfare Services Tournament kicks off this Saturday at the AR-JAS Sports Centre from 8am. The tournament is organised to raise funds for the many beneficiaries of the MWS and the less fortunate and needy of society.
PMC will be sending 2 teams to represent the church- Team A led by Maurice Lim and Team B led by Glenn See Toh. In addition to enjoying soccer together, this is another opportunity for soccer players to come together to meet the needs of the community and to do what we can in terms of fund raising.
I am proud to announce that including PMC's contribution in the form of the registration fees, both teams have raised S$1872 towards this good cause. Well done everyone!
Supporters are more than welcomed to join us at this event on Saturday! Because of this event, there will be NO Soccer Fellowship this Saturday.
