Members and friends of the PMC Soccer Team took part in the extension activity of this year's Agape Cup- The Soccertron, on 24th August 2008. Though we just lost out on a quarter-final place and will thus play in the Plate Cup this coming Sunday 31st August, the team can take heart that we have given our best and have performed brilliantly not only on the field of play, but also by the behavior of the team on the bench and as a whole. It’s good to see the bantering of jokes, the laughter and gaiety shared by all, even as the rain came lashing down in the later part of the event.
Thank you once again for each and everyone for your effort in making this possible. Now as we look to this Sunday’s matches in the Plate Cup, I hope we’ll play it in the same vein and be appreciative of each others' shared love of the game and fellowship.
PMC finished 5th in the group of 6, after 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses.

Thanks for organising.
We would be glad to use this Sunday game as a test for our forthcoming MWS games.
You can group the playing team in either Panthers or Pandas. If not enough players in either Panthers or Pandas,
you can then use the remaining players to play at the position that is empty.

Sorry folks. I should have scored against the Thai VFC and have 7 points to qualify. The idea was there, but my old body and boots failed me.
I enjoyed your fellowship especially with >100pp singing praises to God in the rain. Also, thank God that no major injury / accident on ground to all partcipants.

haha. It's ok david =) . Not everyone can deliver on every attempt . And at least, we had fun dont we. Even managed to hold the thais to a draw =) . Let's continue to enjoy football at pmc . We will bring back the plate cup with god's will =) .

David, in line with what you have said, I must also have been the other culprit earlier on in causing our team to miss out on the advancement to the next round then, isn't it? But we play as a team so we win, draw or lose as a team, all in God's name. No sweat bro. At least we enjoyed the rain together, right? Ha ha...hope to see you again on Sun. Take care.

I’ve got to agree on this part. Wet weather conditions are never easy for goalkeeping. What you’ve achieved that day was superb enough for all of us who was there witnessing your play. I must say that after the initial shaky start from you, you kind of improve a lot from the second game on. Good show my friend!
