Soccer Fellowship Report (17th March)

At 3.15pm , about 14 players already geared up for soccer action. Thank God for the lovely weather . It was a little cloudy with bearable heat.

John led in devotion touching on the topic of fragility of life ....and how we are to live the life pleasing to God.

At 3.30pm , the 7 whites and the 7 other colours headed for the field to play 7 a-side ,1/2 field with cones as goal posts.

The white scored the first goal . By half time it was white 3 and the other colours: 1 (own goal ) , which means all goal scored by whites before halftime .

Game resumed after halftime with the other colours very determined to narrow the score line . By end of full-time the score did narrow to white 7 and other colours 5 .

It was a wonderful time of playing beautiful soccer with the witness of plenty nice passes and possession .

The game ended at 5 pm with a closing prayer thanking the Lord for the wonderful time of soccer and His protection against any serious injury.

Thank God that we were earlier blessed with beautiful weather to enjoy the soccer fellowship.
