Last Saturday was a good weather for our soccer fellowship at the Changkat Changi Sec Sch...yup again...the field was generally okay except for some parts that were waterlogged due to the early morning shower. The two teams of white and other colours went into the field after a prayer by Michael. We started with 6 v 7 in favour of the other-colours team. It could have been 7 v 7, have Michael not been sidelined by his gout reoccurence on the night before. Wthin the first 15 to 20 miniutes of play, the white conceded about three goals and the writings were already on the wall by then.
By the second period of the play, both teams were bolstered to a total of about 17 players. The white managed to score a few goals throughout the game but still ended up on the losing side. I cannot remember the score clearly as quite a number of goals were scored by the end of the session, mostly scored by the coloured team. It could be 10-4? Perhaps with slight variation.......
